متطلبات الوظيفة:
* المؤهل التعليمي
- درجة البكالوريوس في المجال الهندسي ذي الصلة.
* الخبرة :
- الحد الأدنى 15 سنة في مجال تصنيع الرخام مع +5 سنوات في المستوى الإداري.
* ثنائي اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية)
الوصف الوظيفي:
المهام الرئيسية
1. توفير القيادة لوضع وحدة أعمال مصنع الرخام في طليعة الصناعة.
2-وضع خطة استراتيجية لتعزيز مهمة الشركة وأهدافها وتعزيز الإيرادات والربحية والنمو.
3. الإشراف على جميع عمليات مصنع الرخام لضمان كفاءة الإنتاج والجودة والخدمة والإدارة الفعالة من حيث التكلفة للموارد.
الإدارة التشغيلية
1. الحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة مع مجلس الإدارة.
2. الإشراف على عمليات الشركة لضمان كفاءة الإنتاج والجودة والخدمة والإدارة الفعالة من حيث التكلفة للموارد.
3. يدير وينسق لإنتاج التقديرات والميزانيات وفواتير المواد من خلال فريق من المقدرين ومساحي الكميات.
4. إدارة وتنسيق الرسومات التنفيذية والمشتريات والشراء والتصنيع والتسليم وتركيب الموقع.
5. يعمل على تقليل المشكلات المعلقة مع العملاء/مديري المشاريع/الاستشاريين فيما يتعلق بمهام المشروع وجودة العمل وأوقات الإنجاز.
6-مراجعة تقارير النشاط والبيانات المالية لتحديد التقدم والحالة في تحقيق الأهداف ومراجعة الأهداف والخطط وفقا للظروف الحالية.
7. إدخال التعليقات المتعلقة بسياسة الشركة وإجراءاتها للبحث المستمر عن التميز من خلال تحسين الإجراءات وصقلها وتعديلها.
8. تقييم أداء المديرين التنفيذيين للامتثال للسياسات والأهداف الموضوعة للشركة والمساهمات في تحقيق الأهداف.
9. مواكبة اتجاهات السوق والتطورات التكنولوجية في صناعة الرخام باستمرار.
متطلبات المعرفة والمهارات
1. خبرة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنفيذ.
2. معرفة التعاقد والتفاوض وإدارة التغيير.
3. المهارة في فحص وإعادة هندسة العمليات والإجراءات.
4. القدرة على وضع الخطط المالية وإدارة الموارد.
5. القدرة على تطوير وتقديم العروض التقديمية..
6. التواصل الكتابي واللفظي الاحترافي ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
7. القدرة على التواصل والتفاعل مع المسؤولين على كافة المستويات الحكومية والعمل بفعالية.
8. القدرة على تحفيز الفرق وإدارة العديد من المسؤوليات في وقت واحد.
9. مهارات حل المشكلات والوساطة بشكل فعال.

Job Description :
Key Tasks
1. Provide leadership to position the Marble Factory Business Unit at the forefront of the industry.
2. Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
3. Oversee all operations of Marble factory to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Operational Management
1. Maintaining effective working relationships with the board of Directors.
2. Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
3. Manages and coordinates to produce estimates, budgets, and bills of material through a team of estimators and quantity surveyors.
4. Manages and coordinates shop drawings, procurement, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, and site installation.
5. Acts to minimize outstanding issues with Clients / Project Managers/Consultants regarding project tasks, work quality and completion times.
6. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
7. Input feedback relating to Company policy & procedure to continuously seek excellence by improving, refining & modifying procedures.
8. Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
9. Consistently keep abreast of market trends and technology developments in the Marble Industry.
Knowledge and Skills requirement
1. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
2. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
3. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
4. Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
5. Ability to develop and deliver presentations..
6. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively.
8. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several responsibilities.
9. Effective problem - solving and mediation skills.
