- القدرة على فهم العملاء وتوجيههم في الاتجاه الصحيح
- القدرة على ملء التقارير
- القدرة على مقابلة العملاء وملء الاستبيانات
- القدرة على التواصل بشكل واضح ومهذب مع العملاء
- القدرة على تشغيل نظام الشركة
- القدرة على إنشاء سجل العملاء ومتابعة العملاء بعد البيع
