نحن نبحث عن مدير تسويق طموح ومتحمس للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي وقيادة متطلباتنا التسويقية.
مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
• فهم وتطوير استراتيجيات تسويق فعالة وبديهية.
• العمل على جميع تخصصات التسويق الأساسية بما في ذلك المحتوى المستند إلى الويب، وتسويق المحتوى، وكتابة الإعلانات، والطباعة، والوسائط المتعددة، والوسائط الرقمية، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والتسويق المباشر، لتقديم حملات جذابة.
• معرفة قوية بمختلف أدوات التسويق والتحليلات.
• تنظيم والإشراف على الحملات الإعلانية/الاتصالات (وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وما إلى ذلك)، والأحداث الترويجية.
• إجراء أبحاث السوق والتحليل لتقييم الاتجاهات والوعي بالعلامة التجارية ومشاريع المنافسة.
• التعاون في مفهوم وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط واستراتيجيات التسويق ومفاهيم المنتجات والبرامج الترويجية التي تجذب الاهتمام والمبيعات.
• تصميم وتنفيذ وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والنشاط عبر الإنترنت، وكتابة نسخة إبداعية، واستراتيجية المحتوى وتنفيذه.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
• ثبت 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل كمدير تنفيذي/أخصائي التسويق، أو أي دور مماثل.
• درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو مجال مماثل ذي صلة.
• سجل حافل من تنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق الناجحة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات. • ينبغي أن يكون لديك معرفة متعمقة ببيانات أبحاث السوق وتحليل البيانات والإحصاءات.
• ينبغي أن يكون لديك خبرة عملية قوية مع برامج وأدوات التسويق.
• مهارات الاتصال الكتابية والشفوية قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية. يعد إتقان اللغة الإضافية ميزة إضافية.
• يجب أن يكون ماهراً في كتابة وتحرير المحتوى مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

Marketing Executive Required
Location: Kuwait
We are in search of an ambitious and motivated Marketing Executive to join our growing team and spearhead our marketing requirements.
Job responsibilities:
• Understand and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Working on all core marketing disciplines including web-based content, content marketing, copywriting, print, multi-media, digital, social media, and direct marketing, to deliver engaging campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media etc.), and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Collaborating on the concept, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programs driving interest and sales.
• Designing and executing social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implementation.
Job requirements:
• Proven 1-3 years of work experience as a Marketing Executive/Specialist, or any similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field.
• A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies, preferably within the IT industry. • Should have in-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics.
• Should have solid hands-on experience with marketing software and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic languages. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Must be skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
