تحتاج شركة لوجستية معروفة في منطقة الشويخ الصناعية إلى الوظائف التالية:
محاسب *
مسؤول عن التواصل مع العملاء الرئيسيين.
مسؤول عن عملية إعادة التحصيل نقداً للعملاء الرئيسيين بالكامل، واستكمال حسابات إعادة التحصيل النقدي للعملاء الرئيسيين، ومعالجة المشاكل غير العادية.
مسؤول عن المحاسبة، والتصالح، والفواتير، والتحقق من جمع جميع المصاريف الشهرية للعملاء الرئيسيين.
مسؤول عن المحاسبة ذات الصلة، بالإضافة إلى التحقق والمراجعة من جميع مصاريف شركات اللوجستيات الثالثة.
مسؤول عن تقديم تقرير الاستحقاق الأسبوعي للمقر الرئيسي وتقرير جمع الدفعات للعملاء الرئيسيين على أساس أسبوعي.
مسؤول عن إعداد بيانات التوقعات لجميع حسابات الدخل والتسوية كل أسبوع، وتوفير بيانات التوقعات الدقيقة في نهاية الشهر.
مسؤول عن جمع المعلومات والتعرف على القوانين واللوائح الضريبية الوطنية والمحلية، والبحث في أحدث السياسات واللوائح الضريبية، وتجنب المخاطر القانونية.
مسؤول عن تنسيق فتح حساب بنكي، وإدارة حساب البنك، وتخطيط الميزانية وغيرها من الأمور ذات الصلة.
أمور أخرى ذات الصلة المرتبطة بالقيادة
المؤهلات : *
درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى، في إدارة الأعمال المالية وتخصصات أخرى ذات الصلة.
أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل المالي، يفضل المرشحون ذوو الخبرة المالية الشاملة، ويفضل المرشحون ذوو الخبرة في صناعة اللوجستيات والتوصيل السريع.
يجب أن يكون لديه مهارات تواصل ممتازة، ومهارات التعبير الكتابي، ومهارات التنظيم وروح الفريق، ودرجة عالية من الدافع الذاتي والمسؤولية، والحفاظ على الحماس للعمل والأشياء الجديدة.
يجب أن يكون لديه قدرة قوية على التفكير المنطقي وأن يكون جيدًا في طرح الأسئلة، واكتشاف المشاكل، وتحليلها، وحلها.
يجب أن يخطط للتطوير في الشرق الأوسط على المدى الطويل وأن يمتلك مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية في الاستماع والتحدث والقراءة والكتابة.
يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في اللوجستيات فقط ويمكن الانضمام فورًا. *

Accountant Needed for Well-Known Logistics Company in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, Kuwait
Location: Shuwaikh
A renowned logistics company in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area is in need of the following position:
Accountant
Responsible for communicating with key clients.
Responsible for the complete cash-on-delivery (COD) rebate process for key clients, including completing COD rebate accounts and addressing any abnormal issues.
Responsible for accounting, reconciliation, invoicing, and verifying the collection of all monthly expenses for key clients.
Responsible for relevant accounting, as well as verifying and reviewing all third-party logistics (3PL) expenses.
Responsible for submitting weekly receivable reports to headquarters and weekly payment collection reports for key clients.
Responsible for preparing weekly forecast data for all income and settlement accounts, providing accurate forecast data by month-end.
Responsible for staying updated on national and local fiscal and tax laws and regulations, researching the latest tax policies and regulations, and mitigating legal risks.
Responsible for coordinating bank account openings, managing bank accounts, budgeting funds, and other related matters.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in financial management or related fields.
Over 3 years of financial work experience, preferably with comprehensive financial experience and experience in the logistics and express delivery industry.
Excellent communication, written expression, organizational, and teamwork skills, with a high level of self-motivation, responsibility, and enthusiasm for work and learning.
Strong logical thinking ability, adept at asking questions, discovering, analyzing, and solving problems.
Long-term plan to develop in the Middle East and proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Applicants must have logistics experience only and be available to join immediately.
