المهام والمسؤوليات:

إنشاء تصميمات زهور فريدة: تصميم باقات زهور وديكورات مبتكرة تتناسب مع احتياجات العميل.

مبيعات التجزئة: القيام بالبيع الإضافي والبيع المتبادل أثناء التعامل مع العملاء.

خدمة العملاء: تقديم أفضل خدمة للعملاء، وتقديم نصائح لالعناية بالترتيبات الزهرية.

معالجة الطلبات: استلام وتنفيذ الطلبات في المتجر وعبر الهاتف، وعند الحاجة نيابة عن عملاء الشركات.

جماليات المتجر: الحفاظ على المتجر دائمًا في حالة متميزة وجميلة.

التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء: التعامل مع المشاكل أو استفسارات العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة، أو تصعيدها إلى المشرف إذا لزم الأمر.

Do you have a passion for flowers and decorations? Would you like to join a dynamic team in Kuwait City? We are looking for an experienced Flower Salesman to join our company on a part-time basis. The job is open to all nationalities, but applicants must have a valid 18 visa.

Job Responsibilities:

Create Unique Flower Designs: Design creative flower bouquets and decorations that meet customer specifications.

Retail Sales: Engage in upselling and cross-selling while interacting with customers.

Customer Service: Provide the best customer service, offering advice on flower arrangements and their care.

Order Handling: Process orders in-store, over the phone, and, when necessary, on behalf of corporate clients.

Store Aesthetics: Maintain the store’s aesthetic appeal and cleanliness.

Handle Customer Inquiries: Address customer concerns or inquiries, offering solutions, or escalating issues to a supervisor if needed.
