المؤهلات والوصف الوظيفي:
- خريج هندسة كهربائية أو إلكترونيات أو ميكانيكا.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- خبرة في صيانة وإصلاح غلايات البخار، ضواغط الهواء، والمضخات.
- معرفة بأساليب الصيانة الدورية للمعدات والممتلكات، بما في ذلك المبنى والمكاتب.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية لجميع مرافق الشركة وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
- قيادة وتدريب ومتابعة الفنيين وتقييم أدائهم لتحسين مستوى العمل.
- إدارة جميع أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح.
- إعداد الوثائق والتقارير اللازمة.
- إقامة قابلة للتحويل (18) إذا كان داخل الكويت.

Position: Maintenance Engineer
Qualifications / Job Description:
- Graduate of Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical).
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining Steam Boilers, Air Compressors, and Pumps.
- Knowledge in proper maintenance of equipment, building facilities, office spaces, and performing periodic inspections.
- Ensure safety standards are followed across all company facilities.
- Lead, train, and monitor maintenance technicians and evaluate their performance.
- Ability to lead all maintenance and repair-related activities.
- Prepare documentation and submit regular reports.
- Transferable Visa 18 (if inside Kuwait).
- Candidates outside Kuwait may also apply.
