Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Keeper to take ownership of receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing inventory while ensuring compliance with safety standards and ISO requirements. The role requires proactive inventory control, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store and organize materials efficiently in the store area.
• Maintain accurate stock records and provide insights to support inventory management.
• Keep the store area clean, organized and professionally maintained.
• Monitor stock levels proactively and initiate timely replenishment actions.
• Coordinate with production, service and procurement teams for smooth materials flow.
• Ensure proper receipt conformity with Purchase Orders and coordinate with QA for approvals.
• Issue and receive materials to/from production/service with control and leadership.
• Prepare monthly procurement plans and non-moving item reports based on inventory analysis.
• Participate in scrap/materials reviews and warranty item replacements coordination.
• Drive continuous process improvements and comply with ISO standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: Any diploma or Science degree; Mechanical preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in store/inventory roles.
• Age: Below 35 years.
• Skills: Team adaptability, problem-solving, time management, delegation and leadership.
