Job Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing fish in a professional manner.
• Cutting and preparing fish according to quality standards.
• Adhering to correct fish preservation and storage procedures using ice.
• Weighing fish and calculating quantities in kilograms.
• Assisting in pricing operations and basic calculations related to weights and quantities.

Requirements and Conditions

• Previous experience in cleaning, preparing, and processing fish.
• Good knowledge of fish preservation and storage methods.
• Ability to handle weights and quantities accurately.
• Possessing basic mathematical skills.
• Must be currently residing inside the State of Kuwait.
• Valid and transferable residency.
